Due to the handmade and custom nature of these items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
